Our Sweet Spot event space is available to you and your guests 7 days of the week. The space is available with or without decor. Tables and chairs are included in the very reasonable rental fee of $60 per hour for our downstairs (up to 48 ppl. ) space and $70 per hour for the upstairs space (up to 70 ppl.). Event Space Contract

By booking our event space, your deposit states that you have read and agree to the terms of this contract. 

Event Space Rental 1. Each space requires a refundable deposit/cleaning fee. This fee is payable by cash or credit and will be returned within 5-7 days after the event once the space has been inspected for any damage and cleanliness that should have been performed by the client. 2. The cost of the event space is $60 per hour for the downstairs space and $70 per hour for the upstairs space. Each space requires a 1-hour deposit based on the specific space desired. Any changes in date should be made as soon as possible. A change in date is not guaranteed. 3. Cancellations are accepted, but the initial deposit will not be returned except in the case of major weather disruptions and/or medical emergencies. Any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the initial deposit. Set Up 1. You may set up for your event 30 minutes before the event. If additional time is needed for set up you will be charged $25 per hour. 2. Any balance must be paid before set up commences. *Please utilize the rear entry if using the downstairs space. Avoid propping the door open as this helps to keep the space cool. DO NOT use clear tape on the walls. Removable strips are allowed. You can purchase removable strips at the retail center upstairs in The Sweet Spot. Clean Up 1. Clean up must be complete before your rental time expires. Any additional time needed to clean up will result in a charge of $60 per hour. 2. All linens, centerpieces, silverware, etc. that are property of The Event Spot should be left on the table or in the kitchen space. If chargers are used, they should be rinsed and placed on the drying cloth on the sink. Silverware should also be washed. If there is any decor that you wish to leave, you may do so. 3. The space must be swept and cleaned to include food, large pieces of trash, balloons, confetti, etc. Place all trash in trash bags and take all trash bags outside to the green dumpsters located outside of the back doors. Additional Information 1. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in The Event Spot. 2. The bluetooth speaker can be paired by pressing the “pair” button under the TV 3. Wifi: Sweet Spot Password: SweetSpot 4. If a team member is not available at the end of your event to assist with locking the venue, please contact Frank for assistance. Doors must be locked before leaving. Failure to do so, may result in a fine. 5. For assistance ask a team member or contact Frank at 843-707-2499
